Is it possible to have more than one user?

Absolutely. You can easily add more than one user to your account.

How can I track a shipment?

Go to the menu and select the “Track” option. From there, you can choose to track shipments within a specific date range or look up a shipment using the tracking number, BOI number, transaction number or reference number. If your order has been successfully fulfilled, you’ll see a “Track It” link under the “Status” column. Clicking on this link will take you to the carrier’s website where you can view shipment tracking updates.

How do I change or cancel a shipment I booked today?

If you need to change or cancel your shipment within an hour of entering the freight details, you can do so from your Home Page.

How do I change or cancel shipments made on a previous day?

If you need to change or cancel your shipment more than an hour after you’ve entered the freight details, you must reach out to [email protected].

How can I print labels for orders?

Click on the “Orders” option from the menu. Then, use the filter or search function to locate your “Fulfilled Order.” Once you’ve found it, click on the “Order ID” link and scroll down to the “Order Actions” section. From there, you can print and download shipping labels, packing slips, shipment details and customs invoices if required.

Why am I getting charged more than what I was quoted?

Additional charges may apply if information is missing from the initial freight entry, such as tailgate requirements for pickup or delivery, residential pickup or delivery, rerouting or limited access (such as farm deliveries or remote areas).

NOTE: You may notice an extra charge or accessorial fee on your freight bill for additional services provided by the carrier. These charges may be applied after the shipment has been delivered, resulting in an adjustment to your original quote. Understanding what accessorial charges are, which ones can be expected and how to avoid unnecessary fees could help you lower your overall freight costs. For the most accurate quotes, it’s best to include the necessary accessorial services during the initial booking. Although this doesn’t guarantee you won’t incur additional charges, it can reduce the likelihood of unexpected fees. Common accessorial charges include tailgate requirements, residential delivery, rerouting, limited access to remote areas, appointment delivery, inside delivery, storage and waiting time.
