The Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) is seeking public comments on its ongoing Section 232 investigations into imports of personal protective equipment (PPE), medical consumables, and medical equipment, including devices, robotics, and industrial machinery.
Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, data, analyses, or other relevant information to the BIS Office of Strategic Industries and Economic Security by October 17, 2025.
